VIA invests in Elogic Systems

VIA invests in Elogic Systems, the Danish production company of electrical panels and one of the leading Scandinavian manufacturers of high-quality enclosures for power, communication and fibre.

Elogic Systems has more than 40 years of experience in developing, producing and selling electrical panels and enclosures. The company was formed as a merger between the two companies Elogic (formerly owned by KK Wind) and Triax Systems (formerly owned by Micro Matic) in 2016.

Elogic Systems has more than 250 employees and production facilities in Stettin, Poland, and at the company’s headquarter in Hornsyld, Denmark.

VIA has acquired Elogic Systems together with the CEO, Lars Prisak, and the CFO, Michael Reeslev.
“Together with the former owner, Micro Matic, we have worked intensively on securing a successful merger of Elogic and Triax in order to create the right foundation for growth and we are looking forward to materialize this together with VIA on the journey ahead ”, says Lars Prisak.
